Recipe N°01

ROASTED PEAR, miso yogurt

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 large pears
  • 1 drizzle maple syrup
  • 1 pinch 4 spices
  • 2 tablespoons granola

MISO YOGURT :

  • 200g vegetable yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon white miso

preparation

1. Peel your pears whole, keeping the stems, then cut them in half lengthways.

2. Place in an ovenproof dish, drizzle with maple syrup and 4 spices, then bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.

2. Meanwhile, prepare your miso yoghurt: in a small bowl, mix the vegetable yoghurt with the maple syrup and miso. If you want to dilute the miso thoroughly, you can first dilute it in a little maple syrup, so that it mixes more easily with the rest of the mixture. 😋

3. To serve, spread a little miso yoghurt on the bottom of a plate, add two pieces of pear and sprinkle with a little granola for a little crunch!

MATCHA PANCAKES

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 eggs
  • 15cl almond milk
  • 5cl olive oil or 30g melted butter
  • 70g wholemeal sugar
  • 90g almond powder
  • 110g rice flour
  • 2 tablespoons matcha latte kit
  • 1 sachet gluten-free baking powder
  • 1 pinch grey salt

preparation

1. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar, then add the almond milk.

2. Add rice flour, almond powder, baking powder, two tablespoons matcha latte kit and gray salt. Whisk well!

3. Add the melted butter or olive oil and mix again. It should be thick and very green!

4. Add a small ladleful of batter to cook your pancakes, and repeat the process until the batter is used up.

Before serving, top your stack of matcha pancakes with delicious Greek yoghurt, some fresh fruit and seeds!

BOMBS DETOX RAPIDE

INGREDIENTS

FOR A DOZEN DETOX BOMBS:

  • 1 lemon
  • 2 oranges
  • 1 piece fresh ginger
  • 4 small pieces of fresh turmeric or 2 teaspoons of powdered turmeric
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • A little water

preparation

1. Rinse all ingredients well under water and if, like me, you have organic ingredients, we’ll keep their skin!

2. Roughly chop the lemon, oranges, ginger, turmeric and parsley. Place all ingredients in the bowl of your blender. Blend! Add a little water and blend again until smooth.

3. Pour the mixture into small silicone moulds – I used mini muffin tins! Set aside in the freezer for at least one night. Remove a detox bomb and place in a large carafe, pour in 50cl of water and enjoy hot or cold!
